We cook and heat in part, with locally coppiced and managed chestnut from renewable resources by doing so more than 25% of our energy costs are re-invested in woodland locally.
While we do offer the convenience of booking tables in advance, we understand the joy of spontaneous visits, that's why we reserve up to 60% of our pub, so if you're in Rye feel free to drop by.
